Cheese Training – 2013

For four days in March, managers from Fort Drum, Saratoga Springs, West Point, Fort Hamilton and McGuire AFB, went to Wisconsin to learn everything they can about cheese.  The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board set up this trip so that we were able to tour the plants and learn about cheese making from cows to finished product.  If there is anything you want to know about cheese  – what it tastes like, how it is made, what is best served with – ask these cheese experts!
